"As someone who works in the medical world, I'm assuming I have a different perspective when I have to visit a doctor than other non-medicine industry patients. I know how busy it can be, and how important it is to have a fully functioning machine of a team to keep things running smoothly, all while making sure each patient is taken care of properly and given time to address their individual issue. That being said, I have to give HUGE kudos to Dr. Jason Pirozzolo and Key West Concierge Orthopedics. When I was in town and twisted my ankle, I thought for sure I had fractured something. I looked up urgent cares thinking there was no way I could get to see an orthopedic specialist, but to my surprise Dr. Pirozzolo was available same day, and is an ortho specialist!! I went in the middle of the day, and didn't have much of a wait before I was taken to a room and greeted by a fellow PA and Dr. Pirozzolo. After he examined my ankle, he didn't think anything was fractured, but since I felt some pain he recommended an X-ray just to be sure. I was shocked at how quickly I was in and out of the X-ray room, and the X-ray tech was really sweet. Thankfully nothing was broken and I just ended up with a pretty purple bruise. Again, I just wanted to commend Dr. Jason Pirozzolo and Key West Concierge Orthopedics! What a great team. Thank you for your care and your help!"

"I've been a patient of Dr. Jason Pirozzolo for the last couple of years. He has always been kind, professional, and sincere. I feel informed and educated before making any decisions. Parking is easy, right in front of the clinic. Check in process is fast, and the staff is always friendly. The wait times are usually minimal, even when the parking lot looks full, I usually see the doctor within 15-30 minutes. I was so excited last month to find out that Dr. Pirozzolo started a new non-surgical orthopedics program and signed up for that right away. Dr. Pirozzolo always takes his time in person, he also called in an urgent prescription for me the same day as my visit. Dr. Jason determined that there was no damage to the knee, but some inflammation, for which he gave me some medication to reduce it so that I could then undergo some physical therapy. He set me up with an excellent therapist and all is good now (as long as I continue my knee exercises). He is very friendly and articulate as well."

"While visiting in Key West, I had to visit them last year for the flu and the staff was amazing and Dr. Jason Pirozzolo. He is an amazing doctor and give you the best care and undivided attention and follow up!!! This past week Feb. 19, 2025 I had a bad fall crossing the highway too fast with wide leg pants and they got hung up and I fell. My right side in bad shape and right hand swollen and in allot of pain. I went to see Dr. Jason and Kendall RN took me back and started everything on me. Treated the wound on my elbow first. Rebekah NP took care of me getting me to X-rays in hand, wrist, and ribs. Kendall put my splint in and showed me how to wear it. Sherry did all scans and did great and all of them so nice and caring and did a great job. They gave me shots for inflammation, swelling and pain. The next day I was to go back at 8am for Dr. Jason to read my X-rays and said he was concerned with hand and had me do a CT Scan. It is fractured and he told me to wear splint and do not take it off. See an orthopedic hand doctor when I go home. He gave me detailed paper work to know about how to heal it and what to do and not to do and eat, vitamins to start taking and how to care for hand. He is the Best doctor!!! I wish he was in our area. The entire staff there are all great and the front desk staff Kelly was great to me at front desk too. I recommend them completely!!! Carol W. "On January 1, 2026, I was hit by a pickup truck while walking and ended up at Dr. Pirozzolo's clinic in Key West, Fla. Dr. Pirozzolo saw me that day and treated me for a fracture in my arm. "I have seen Dr. Pirozzolo several times and have always had a great experience. I recently fell off a ladder and broke my arm/wrist on a Saturday evening. On Sunday morning I went in and was seen promptly and treated by the best orthopedist I have ever had. "Dr. Jason" diagnosed a bad break near my wrist, splinted my arm until the swelling subsided, and sent me for an MRI to assess soft tissue damage. When he casted my arm the next day, he discussed the pros and cons of surgery, listened to my questions and answered them thoughtfully. He gave me a written plan for follow up care at the time of my first visit that was tailored to my injury and my profession - a lawyer. Over the years, I have liked the various doctors I have met with, and the nursing staff members are well-trained and delightful, especially Donna. The office is open 7 days a week and has a lab with X-rays and a CT scanner. The only weak spot might be the front office, which often seems a bit understaffed and sometimes does not fully understand what my insurance pays. But that is minor, and overall visits there have been pleasant, with skilled and attentive care, and great follow-up."

"I recently fell off a ladder onto concrete and broke my arm/wrist when I instinctively put out my hand to break my fall. I faced the choice seeing a doctor I had not met and knew nothing about or going to the ER, where I would typically spend many hours, have a big bill, and might not even see the doctor who read my images and wrote discharge instructions. Luckily, I was able to see Dr. Jason the next morning, and what a terrific experience! Beyond question, he was the best orthopedist who has ever treated me - and I have seen quite a few in my many decades of sports injuries and slip-and-falls. While several have been skilled surgeons, many - perhaps most - have had bedside manners ranging from poor to insufferably arrogant. Dr. Jason diagnosed a bad break near my wrist, splinted my arm until the swelling subsided, and sent me for an MRI to assess soft tissue damage. When he set my arm after the MRI, he discussed the pros and cons of surgery, listened to my questions, and answered them thoughtfully. He gave me a written plan for follow up care at the time of my first visit that was tailored to my injury and my profession - a lawyer. (I promptly took the suggestion of acquiring voice-recognition software for my long days at a computer.) At my most recent follow-up appointment, about 8 weeks out, he went over which exercises I could do, which to avoid for another month, and why. Dr. Jason does not force a choice between choosing to see a kind and caring doctor or the one with the best skill set - he is the whole package. I will not go to anyone else for ortho injuries as long as we can keep him in Key West. I hope not to need him again, but I am certainly telling all my friends about my great experience with him."
